Job Opening for Sr Process Design Engineer / Manager at Kalpataru Projects International ltd in the Oil & Gas division.Summary: Responsible for process design & engineering for pre bid and detail engineering projects. Education:BE/B. Tech Experience 10+ years- 12yrs experience into the similar profileArea of Responsibilities:Preparation of PFD & HMB.Preparation of P& IDs.Preparation of piping line list, process Equipment list.Development of process Equipment data sheets.Preparation of control & operation philosophy and cause & effect diagram.Review vendor drawings.Interaction with vendors/Clients & DECs.Support in preparation of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning ProceduresSite visit when required.Participation in Hazop, SIL and other safety studiesAttending FAT & SAT.Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals. Competencies Knowledge of HYSYS,PROSIM,CHEMCAD,SHELL,Axens,EOPKnowledge of Hydraulic calculationsSkills :Proficient in MS Office, Internet
