About SamaaroSamaaro is an AI-powered event marketing platform built for enterprise marketing teams. Our platform manages complex workflows including multi-level approvals, RSVP logic, marketing automation, CRM integrations, reporting dashboards and on-ground event operations.We are building the next version of our product and are looking for a Product Designer who can help elevate the overall experience, bring consistency and improve usability across modules.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Designer with 3–5 years of experience who understands complex SaaS products and enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment.You will work closely with the Product Manager, Engineering team and Customer Success to:· Improve existing user flows· Simplify complex admin workflows· Bring visual and interaction consistency· Design new features for upcoming product versions· Build and evolve our design systemThis role is hands-on and execution-driven, with high ownership.Key Responsibilities1. Improve & Polish Existing Product· Audit current modules and identify UX gaps· Improve navigation, information hierarchy, and interaction clarity· Simplify multi-step and role-based workflows2. Design New Features· Convert product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs· Think through states, edge cases, validations, and role-based logic· Ensure usability across complex dashboard and admin environments3. Design System Development· Create and maintain reusable components· Standardize layouts, spacing, typography, and UI patterns· Ensure visual consistency across the platform4. AI-Enabled Design Workflow· Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, layout exploration, and content refinement· Optimize design turnaround time without compromising quality5. Developer Handoff· Provide clear design specifications· Work with Product Manager to convert designs into structured Jira tickets· Collaborate closely with developers during implementationWhat We Are Looking ForExperience· 3–5 years of product design experience· Experience designing B2B SaaS products, dashboards or admin panels· Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, not just visual screensSkills· Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design· Proficiency in Figma· Experience building or contributing to a design system· Comfort working with engineering teamsMindset· Comfortable in evolving startup environments· Takes ownership and moves fast· Thinks in systems, not just screens· Open to feedback and iteration· Curious and willing to experimentNice to Have· Experience redesigning an existing product· Familiarity with AI tools for productivity· Exposure to workflow-heavy tools such as CRM, marketing automation, or analytics platformsWhat Success Looks Like in 6 Months· Core product modules feel more structured and intuitive· Clear design consistency across features· Faster design-to-development cycles· Noticeable improvement in demo experience
