About The RoleThe Big Click Media is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands that design is not just art—it’s communication. We need someone who can blend premium aesthetics with commercial intent. You will be the visual voice of our Healthcare and D2C clients, creating assets that build trust and drive sales.What You Will Create (Responsibilities)Commercial Ad Creatives: Design high-converting creatives for Facebook/Google Ads. You understand the difference between a /"pretty post/" and a /"post that sells./"Vernacular Typography: You must have excellent command over Marathi Typography. We need creatives that look premium and modern, even in regional languages.Layout & Composition: Create balanced, eye-catching layouts for social media, brochures, and digital banners.Image Manipulation: High-quality photo editing, color grading, and retouching (crucial for medical/cosmetic clients where visuals must be flawless).AI Integration: You should be AI-tool friendly. We encourage the use of AI (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic) to speed up workflows and brainstorm ideas.Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)The Aesthetic: You have a /"Premium/" design sense. You know how to use white space and clean fonts to create a trustworthy look (essential for Healthcare).Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Basic knowledge of video/motion tools is a bonus.Experience: Experience working with Healthcare, Service-based, or Product-based (D2C) brands is a major plus.Portfolio: You MUST have a portfolio. We want to see your typography and layout skills in action.
