Architectural Design Manager - - Guyana - Onsite

We are seeking an experience Design Manager to lead a landmark mixed-use township project in Guyana. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural and design-related activities for the mixed-use township project, ensuring that the design intent is realized during execution. The role focuses on seamless coordination between architects, consultants, project management teams, and site engineers to ensure timely availability of approved drawings and design information for execution without delays.This position requires a strong design background, excellent coordination and documentation skills, and a proactive approach to resolving design issues on time to support smooth project progress.Key Responsibilities:-Design Management & CoordinationDrawing Release and Site CoordinationConsultant & Stakeholder CoordinationDesign Review & Quality ControlDocumentation & ApprovalsSupport to Project Head & Construction TeamQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Construction Management preferred.12–18 years of professional experience in design coordination for large-scale real estate or township development projects.Proven experience working with reputed design consultants, multidisciplinary coordination, and complex project structures.Strong understanding of local development regulations, NBC, fire, and accessibility codes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project coordination tools (Primavera/MS Project exposure preferred).Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely release of GFC drawings as per construction scheduleMinimal design-related delays or site RFIsQuality and completeness of design deliverablesConsultant adherence to timelines and deliverablesStakeholder and site team satisfaction with design supportEffective coordination and reduction of design reworkIf you are open to exploring this opportunity, I would be happy to discuss the details with you.Please let me know your thoughts.RegardsDeepakM: +91 98676 96869
