The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in both static and motion-based design, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate graphics for brochures, flyers, social media, e-newsletters, banners, and presentations.Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics and videos for marketing and social platforms.Edit and enhance raw footage into high-quality video content.Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver creative outputs.Ensure brand consistency, follow design trends, and incorporate feedback with attention to detail.Manage multiple design and video tasks while meeting deadlines.Stay updated with industry tools and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics.Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion/video work (academic or freelance accepted).Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.Proficiency in Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.Basic knowledge of animation, video editing, motion graphics, and audio editing.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
