The systems and the designs we develop add into the foundational layers of alignment and vision.This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where strategy is developed through building: content, brand systems, campaigns, and narratives. Expect to design, write, ship, and iterate at scale while learning directly from the founder.This is an opportunity to learn business, inquiry, and expansiveness through work in strategy, creative execution, and real outcomes we get to own together. Working directly with the founder across different industries, stages, and contexts, you'll understand how firms actually grow, how positioning shapes that growth, how creative decisions drive tangible results by doing it.But here's the catch: there's so much up for grabs precisely because we're early, which means it demands high standards, effort, and patience from whoever steps in. We're looking for someone who shows up for the right reasons: to build something meaningful, to develop their craft through iteration and reflection, to sustain quality as the devil's usually in the details for us here. The opportunity is genuine, but only if the mentality, values, and work match it.Please note: This is a traineeship position intended for someone eager to see the impact of their work and grow their skills alongside the firm in a scaling, supportive environment.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild Brand SystemsCreate the design rules, templates, and workflows so everything we make feels consistent.Run the Content EngineDesign, write, and execute 15-20 pieces of content each week across platforms: carousels, posts, case studies, emails, presentations.Write Strategic CopyTurn ideas into words that work: Substack articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, captions, campaigns.Plan Content StrategyBuild congruent multi-week content stories, own the calendar 8-12 weeks ahead, and ensure every post connects to a business goal.Track PerformanceSee what's working, what's not, and use the data to make better creative decisions.Manage WorkflowGive structure to internal workflows and system organization, designing for efficiency and accessibility.Documentation & SystemsBuild and maintain organized archives of work, decisions, and processes for accessibility, future reference, and internal efficiency.WHAT YOU NEEDA Portfolio That Shows ItWork that's original, strategic, and demonstrates you can ship volume with quality.Design & Writing SkillsYou can make things look good AND write copy that gets people to understand and reflect.Tool FluencySystem thinking, communication clarity, and design structures with Canva, Adobe, Figma.
