Accountant – Interior Design Firm (Thane)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and project billing, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and data entry. - Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records. - Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements. - Handle GST, TDS, and tax filings accurately and on time. - Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. - Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for billing and payments. - Ensure compliance with company and statutory accounting standards.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (interior / construction industry preferred). - Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.Location: Thane, Maharashtra- Salary: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000Experience: Minimum 1-2 yearsJob Type: Full-time
