The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, the ability to transform financial and market data into engaging content, and expertise in producing brand-consistent creatives across digital platforms. This role also involves supporting video projects with motion graphics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality designs. Key Responsibilities: Visual Content Creation Transform complex financial and market data into engaging posts, infographics, and creatives. Ensure all designs are brand-compliant, visually appealing, and consistent across platforms. Video Support & Motion Graphics Collaborate with video editors to design animations, motion graphics, and visual elements. Develop assets such as transitions, charts, and explainer graphics for video content. Design Innovation & Quality Stay updated with the latest design and digital trends to elevate brand presence. Deliver detail-oriented, high-quality creatives optimized for various digital platforms. Collaboration & Efficiency Partner with producers, social media managers, and product teams to deliver impactful designs. Adapt and repurpose creatives across multiple channels including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (2–4 years) in graphic design and digital content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools. Experience with motion graphics, infographics, and data visualization. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
