Administrative & Executive Support :Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders. Handle professional correspondence, emails, and document preparation. Provide secretarial support while maintaining confidentiality and discretion . Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations. Perform regular data entry and basic bookkeeping2. Billing & Financial Coordination : Support vendor onboarding, billing processes, and payment coordination. Track invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation. Maintain accurate records and assist with internal financial trackers. Coordinate timely client gifting and related logistics (Note: This role does not involve statutory accounting or taxation. External professionals handle compliance.)3. Travel & Logistics Management : Plan and coordinate official travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Organise local transportation and logistics for business trips4. Office & Asset Management : Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and routine purchases. Maintain records of company assets and property-related documentation . Coordinate with service providers to ensure upkeep and functionality5. Personnel & Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Support basic personnel coordination and internal office administration6. Personal Assistance & Coordination (Limited & As Required) : Assist the Director with scheduling personal appointments (e.g., doctor visits, school-related coordination) . Coordinate household repairs, maintenance, or service providers when required . Handle such tasks with discretion, efficiency, and clear prioritisation.
