This role emphasizes hands-on client interaction, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a smooth, seamless, and satisfying customer experience while using AI tools such as ChatGPT.The ideal candidate will be comfortable guiding clients step-by-step, resolving doubts, and ensuring customers are able to use the platform efficiently without friction.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Guidance & SupportGuide clients through platform features, workflows, and functionalitiesHelp customers frame and refine AI prompts based on their specific needsAssist clients in understanding AI-generated outputs and how to use them effectivelyProvide continuous guidance to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experienceAct as a primary point of contact for client queries and usage-related supportTechnical & Product SupportHandle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a clear and professional mannerTroubleshoot platform-related issues and provide timely resolutionsExplain technical or AI-related concepts in simple, easy-to-understand languageIdentify recurring issues and coordinate with internal product or engineering teamsCustomer Experience & EnablementEnsure customers face minimal friction while using the platformProactively support clients during onboarding and ongoing usageCollect customer feedback and relay insights to internal teamsContribute to creating support documents, guides, FAQs, and onboarding materialsWork towards improving overall customer satisfaction and retentionRequired Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or similar toolsStrong customer-handling and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood logical reasoning and analytical thinkingAbility to understand customer requirements and provide clear guidanceComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentPreferred / Plus SkillsBasic knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or automation toolsExperience with customer support or CRM toolsInterest or experience in prompt engineering or AI-based workflowsWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleCustomers experience smooth and uninterrupted platform usageFaster resolution of customer queriesHigh customer satisfaction and positive feedbackEffective collaboration between customers and internal teams
