We combine clinically backed products, content and tele-consultation to solve real health problems for Indian consumers,and we are scaling rapidly across digital marketplaces, our own websites and offline channels.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands on Finance & Accounts professional to own the day to day books, monthly close and statutory compliance for one or more of our brand entities. The role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who has run R2R end to end in a high-volume D2C, e commerce environment, is comfortable with multi-marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Quick-commerce) and wants to grow into a broader controllership role.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord to Report (R2R) and ClosingOwn monthly, quarterly and annual book closure , accruals, provisions, prepaid amortisation, depreciation and inter-company entries. within agreed close calendarPrepare Trial Balance scrutiny, GL reviews, schedule preparation (P and L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and finalisation of accountsMaintain Fixed Asset Register, CWIP tracking, capitalisation and depreciation schedules.AR OR AP AND Marketplace ReconciliationsManage Accounts Payable end-to-end vendor onboarding, PO/GRN/3-way match, vendor reconciliations, compliance and timely payouts.Manage Accounts Receivable for D2C website and marketplaces — revenue recognition, settlement reconciliationscommission/SPF/RTO accounting and customer balance confirmations.Statutory Compliance & AuditsCoordinate with Statutory, Tax, Internal and IFC auditors; resolve audit queries and close observations within timelines.Maintain Related Party (RPT) transaction register and documentation.MIS, Controls & BankingAssisting monthly MIS revenue, expense, gross margin, debtors/creditors ageing, cash-flow with variance commentary vs budget.strengthen SOPs across P2P, O2C and R2R.Manage daily fund planning, bank reconciliations, OD OR CC facility tracking and foreign remittance documentation (Form 15CA OR CB).What We're Looking For4 to 6 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience, with at least 2 years in a D2C or E-commerce or Consumer business preferred.Hands-on experience with ERP systems — and advanced Excel.Strong analytical orientation, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup setup.Good communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Supply Chain, Growth, Tech).
