Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Mumbai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities will include supporting tax filing and audit processes, generating financial reports, and collaborating with team members to improve internal processes and efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliationKnowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standardsFamiliarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning methodologiesStrong expertise in using accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent quantitative, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role or internship in accounting is preferredDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
