Job Summary:The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, with a strong focus on project-based financial management, cost control, and profitability. The role requires deep understanding of construction accounting, contract management, and cash flow planning across multiple ongoing projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for HO and multiple project sites Monitor project-wise profitability, cost overruns, and financial risks Manage cash flow planning, fund allocation, and working capital for projects Handle banking, project financing, BGs (Bank Guarantees), LC (Letters of Credit) Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, and financial reporting Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks Collaborate with project, procurement, and planning teams for financial efficiency Drive cost optimization and vendor payment strategies Present financial reports and insights to top management for decision-making Key Requirements:CA (Mandatory)/MBA Finance preferred 08–12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role Expertise in project accounting and contract financial management Knowledge of tendering, billing cycles, RA bills, and cost tracking Experience in handling large-scale project finances and multiple sites Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills Experience with ERP systems
