Job Opening in Thane Direct Selling Agent (DSA) – Home LoansKey Responsibilities Source new customers forhome loans / mortgage loans Develop leads through: Builder / broker / property consultant networks Personal references and field marketing Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products Collect and verify documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers) Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for: Login Approval Disbursement Follow up regularly with clients and financial institutions Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business Achieve monthly sales targets ✅ Qualifications Graduate (preferred) 12th pass with strong sales experience can also apply ✅ Experience 3–5 years in: Banking / NBFC Loan sales (Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage) Real estate / insurance sales Freshers with good communication skills can be considered ✅ Skills Required Strong communication & negotiation skills Sales-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of: Home loan process Interest rates & eligibility Networking ability with builders / brokers Field work readinessSalary Range Up to Rs. 6 Lakhs PAWork Type In-House Full-Time Field + Office WorkPreferred Candidate Traits Self-motivated & target-driven Good local market knowledge Existing network (builders, brokers, clients) is a plus Ability to work independently
