Wicklow. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Bookkeeper / Team Lead based in Ireland. The role is based in the office in Rathnew, Co. Wicklow. The role involves overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring accuracy in accounting records. Additional responsibilities include using Xero accounting software to efficiently handle financial transactions, mentoring and leading a team, and supporting financial planning and reporting processes. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)Ability to prepare, review, and analyse Financial StatementsExperience with Xero Accounting Software Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in team supervisionExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyStrong written and oral communication skillsFamiliarity with tax laws and compliance in Ireland is an advantage
