With a strong presence in IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare staffing, we focus on operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to support end-to-end AR operations. The role is open to candidates with Indian Accounts Receivable experience, while exposure to US AR processes is an added advantage. This position involves billing, collections, cash application, reconciliation, and month-end activities, working closely with internal finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, billing, and collections.Handle cash application and payment posting accurately and in a timely manner.Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain AR aging reports.Perform billing & collections activities (US or Domestic processes).Resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries.Support month-end close – AR activities and reporting.Ensure adherence to internal controls, documentation, and SOX compliance (where applicable).Maintain accurate records in line with accounting standards (US GAAP exposure is a plus).Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth AR operations.Required Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experiencein Accounts Receivable / AR Executive / AR Analyst / AR Associate roles.Strong understanding of AR processes such as invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.Experience in Indian Accounts Receivable is acceptable.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to work in night shift hours.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience in US Accounts Receivable / International AR.Exposure to US invoicing, US collections, and payment posting.Knowledge of US GAAP and AR-related compliance.Experience working in staffing, consulting, or service-based organizations.Why Join InfojiniOpportunity to work on US finance processes while leveraging existing AR experience.Stable organization with global exposure.Professional, growth-oriented work culture.Learning opportunities in international accounting and compliance.
