We specialize in providing high-quality creative solutions, performance marketing, and business support services. We are now looking for a highly smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our Founder’s Office in an accounts-focused role.Role OverviewThis role sits directly under the CEO and Sales Head, functioning as a strategic support role within the Founder’s Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial reporting, invoicing, and department-wise P&L tracking, while coordinating with internal team leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.Key Responsibilities1. P&L ManagementMaintain department-wise P&L, project-level P&L, and company-wide P&L.Consolidate financial data from different departments to generate accurate monthly reports.Identify financial trends, variances, and areas requiring attention.2. Invoicing & BillingGenerate accurate invoices for clients based in Canada and the US.Ensure timely processing and delivery of invoices.Coordinate with Sales Head, Client Managers & Team Leads for invoice-related clarifications or documentation.3. Financial Reporting & OperationsMaintain all financial records, summaries, and statements in an organized manner.Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the CEO and Sales Head.Assist in budgeting, revenue tracking, and forecasting activities.Work closely with internal teams to gather cost details and align financial entries.4.
