Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Tezpur. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing and training staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with other branches, sales teams, and handling customer inquiries and issues effectively. Qualifications Experience in Branch Operations, Financial Transactions, and Compliance Strong Leadership and Staff Management skills Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills Proficiency in using banking and financial software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the vehicle financing industry is a plus
