To learn the Organisation's policies, and source files as per the policy. To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organisation while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing. To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing. To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life. To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working. Retain existing live loan customers.
