Technical lead with C#.NET and REact FULLSTACK

The Team lead is responsible for code ownership accountability —working closely with developers to maintain code quality, ensure technical standards, and steward long-term maintainability of core components. The role requires relocation to Finland in 6 months to 1 year . Should be able to code as well in C#:NET Fluently or in REACT Product Ownership Define and communicate the product vision and completion of the task code wise Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine requirements with development teams Perform product discovery, analyze feedback, and make data-driven decisions Coordinate feature releases, drive go-to-market planning, and measure success using KPIs Code & Technical Ownership Partner with developers and business to ensure product decisions align with scalable technical architecture Own codebase components at a product level , ensuring: Code quality Technical debt monitoring Documentation completeness Clear ownership of modules/services Participate in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming to balance new features vs. refactoring Support engineering in defining coding standards, testing expectations, and deployment readiness Review high-level design proposals and raise risks early Ensure that product changes do not compromise security, performance, or reliability Skills & Requirements 1+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred) Experience working with engineering teams and technical architectures Ability to read/understand code (not necessarily write production-level code, but technically fluent) Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking (Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, etc.) Documentation and ownership are clear and maintained Stakeholders understand decisions and trade-offs Why This Role Matters This Product Owner is not just a feature-delivery role—it's a long-term product health steward.
