Prepare and implement the annual HSE plan, with quarterly performance reviews. Develop the HSE budget in consultation with respective functional heads. Conduct daily toolbox talks across workgroups and ensure proper documentation. Roll out and monitor all GHSE fatal risk reduction programs. Conduct monthly structured site inspections and HSSE meetings. Monitor engagement program compliance and execute risk reduction initiatives. Escalate unresolved safety issues in a timely manner. Ensure weekly safety rounds are conducted by the team. Ensure all safety reporting is completed on the appropriate platforms. Organize and conduct safety drills periodically. Maintain comprehensive records of observations, corrective and preventive actions, and toolbox talks. Monitor terminal operations to identify unsafe acts and conditions, intervene immediately, and stop operations if necessary in coordination with the Operations Shift Superintendent. Verify timely closure of corrective actions. Ensure contractors comply with safety precautions at worksites. Supervise critical jobs to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Conduct safety inductions and deliver safety training as per Training Need Analysis (TNA). Lead and conduct investigations for all incidents and recommend preventive measures.
