XOP03556 Sr.Systems Engineer Production Support - WFO CHN - Rotational Night Shift

As a Sr.Systems Engineer, we're looking for below: Should have 4+ years of experience with previous experience in Production Support Projects. Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts. Flexible to work from office 3-5days work week. Hands on experience in Databricks and knowledge of SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF) monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required. Ability to analyse system logs, error messages, and other data to identify patterns and trends and triage issues. Knowledge of Spark SQL, Python, ADB notebook, Azure services would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of ITSM tools and schedulers. Understanding of any one of the scripting tools Perl/Python/UNIX Shell. Awareness of Support Process and best practices. Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue. Should have good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion. What do we expect? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Good knowledge of SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required. Knowledge of Spark SQL, Python, ADB notebook, Azure services would be an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Experience with machine learning models and web application support is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices. Shift Timings - 2pm to 11pm, 10pm to 7am
