Description Drive overall business growth, profitability, and market expansion across Retail Banking, Micro Banking, and Retail Assets within the cluster. Achieve business targets through integrated sales, marketing, and service strategies. Oversee branch operations, ensuring strong credit quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and motivate branch teams to deliver superior customer service and sustainable growth. In depth knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance. Strong sales and operational skills. Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi product branches or businesses Consistent record of business growth and achievement of targets Proven ability in team development mentoring, and contribution to learning initiatives Willingness to relocate to the allocated location
