Assistant Manager – Projects

Key Responsibilities: Automation System Engineering: Design and implement industrial automation solutions for sectors like water & wastewater, oil & gas, utilities, and manufacturing. Configure and deploy SCADA/HMI systems. Control System Architecture & Design: Develop system architecture for PLC, SCADA, networking, and instrumentation. Translate P&IDs into functional control strategies. Electrical Engineering & Control Panels: Provide inputs for electrical design and coordinate with panel manufacturing teams for proper implementation. Instrumentation & Field Integration: Lead commissioning activities, integrate instrumentation, configure VFDs, and perform loop checks and troubleshooting. Project Execution & Commissioning: Manage FAT & SAT, installation, integration, and system startup ensuring smooth stabilization. Customer Interface & Leadership: Act as the key point of contact for clients and end users during execution. Vendor Management & Procurement: Evaluate suppliers, review technical submittals, and ensure compliance with specifications. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ~5 engineers and track productivity. Cybersecurity & Connectivity: Ensure systems align with industrial cybersecurity best practices. Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with project standards and company procedures.
