Senior Test Analyst

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in testing within the Retail & Liability products sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end digital onboarding journeys and be skilled in test execution and automation processes. Responsibilities: Perform testing-related work that is not straightforward and repetitive. Possess knowledge and work experience in the Retail On-boarding journey for CCPL, CASA, and TD products. Review user stories, prepare test cases, and execute test plans using tools like ADO and JIRA. Understand digital onboarding processes, including authentication policy, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling. Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance digitization efforts. Identify and track gaps between current and new systems due to changes or new implementations. Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scripts, ensuring defect management within timelines. Conduct walkthroughs and demos for business stakeholders. Provide support for UAT/UVT during workflow changes and ensure successful system rollouts post-UAT. Identify changes and raise change requests to the project team. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. years of testing experience in Retail & Liability products.
