Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites & ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements. Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and discipline. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labor regulations Support in client meetings, reporting, and issue resolution. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Assist in cost control, material management, and budgeting. Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations Manpower handling, site coordination & Client relationship management Good communication & leadership skills & basic knowledge of labor laws & compliance Problem-solving & decision-making abilities & proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting
