Job Description Lead the full sourcing strategy for herbs, spices, and agri raw materials across India and Asia, covering supplier development, cost, inventory, and sustainability. Build and maintain strong supplier networks through field visits, audits, and continuous revalidation while managing risk, positions, and hedging decisions. Deliver market intelligence through monthly commodity outlooks, crop insights, climate impact assessments, and customer-facing presentations. Partner with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Sustainability teams to align pricing, forecasts, compliance, payables, and operational readiness. Lead and develop a multi-level sourcing team, strengthen processes and SOPs, and drive improvements in BP days, aged stock, scorecards, and DIFOT.
