The Tech Support professional will provide assistance to customers in resolving technical issues and ensure optimal functionality of the RoyalPOS™ platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting software/hardware issues, managing customer support inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions and maintain smooth operations.QualificationsStrong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Freshers can apply Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive user experiences Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients Ability to work independently in a dynamic, onsite environment Experience with Android-based platforms or POS systems is a plus Bachelor's degree with basic computer knowledge.
