Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Solar Sales Executive. The role involves prospecting and acquiring new clients, developing customer relationships, and driving sales of solar energy products and solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering customized proposals, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Collaboration with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and achieve sales targets is also an essential part of this role. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship ManagementAbility to conduct Market Research and tailor sales strategies for target audiencesEffective Communication and Presentation skills to connect with clients and explain technical concepts simplyUnderstanding of Solar Energy Systems and Renewable Energy solutions is an advantageGoal-oriented mindset with excellent Negotiation and Problem-Solving skillsProficiency in CRM tools and the ability to maintain accurate sales recordsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a team
