Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist located in Surat. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding and assisting new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Daily tasks include conducting onboarding sessions, addressing client inquiries, providing training on our products and applications, and collaborating with other teams to address any issues that arise. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding processes Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Effective Analytical Skills to evaluate onboarding success and improve processes Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate with various teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
