Job description: Merchandiser _Gold Jewellery IndustryKey Responsibilities✅ Plan and manage gold jewellery product assortment as per market trends and customer demand.✅ Coordinate with designers, production team, and vendors for product development and sampling.✅ Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory planning for showroom or distribution.✅ Analyze sales performance and suggest new designs or product categories to increase sales.✅ Maintain product catalog, pricing details, and product specifications.✅ Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of jewellery orders.✅ Track current jewellery trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.✅ Coordinate with marketing and sales team for product promotions and launches.✅ Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company and customer expectations.Required Skills & Qualifications✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.✔ 3– 5 of experience in Gold / Jewellery Merchandising.✔ Strong knowledge of gold jewellery designs, manufacturing process, and market trends.✔ Good coordination and communication skills.✔ Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.✔ Strong analytical and organizational skills.Preferred Skills⭐ Knowledge of diamond or gemstone jewellery will be an added advantage.⭐ Ability to handle multiple product categories and vendors.⭐ Strong attention to detail and product presentation understanding.
