With a focus on style, experience, and service excellence, Iconic offers an aspirational shopping environment for the modern, fashion-forward customer Key Responsibilities:Business & Sales ManagementDrive store profitability and achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets.Develop and execute business plans to maximize performance and growth opportunities.Analyze store performance metrics (conversion, ATV, ASP, footfall, etc.) and implement improvement actions.Identify local market trends and customer preferences to optimize product assortment.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team.Set individual and team KPIs; monitor performance and ensure accountability.Foster a culture of service excellence, brand passion, and teamwork.Customer ExperienceEnsure every customer interaction reflects the Iconic brand ethos and service standards.Build and nurture relationships with high-value customers and influencers.Drive initiatives for clientele, loyalty, and customer retention.Operations & ComplianceOversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, VM, and SOP adherence.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (VM, merchandising, marketing, HR, finance) for seamless operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.Brand PresentationMaintain superior store ambience and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.Ensure consistent representation of all partner brands within the store.Key Requirements:Experience: 8- 12 years of retail management experience in premium or luxury fashion (apparel / accessories / lifestyle).Current Business Handling: Must currently be managing a store or cluster with annual turnover of 15 crore+.Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in delivering business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.Passion for fashion, brands, and delivering world-class retail experiences.QualificationsEducation: Graduate / Postgraduate in Retail Management, Business, or related field preferred.
