Roles and Responsibilities:1. Campaign Planning & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and display networks.2. Budget ManagementManage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).Monitor daily spend vs. performance to avoid over/underspending.3. Performance Analysis & ReportingTrack key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.Generate regular performance reports.4. Audience Targeting & SegmentationIdentify and create audience segments to reach the right customers and improve campaign efficiency.5. A/B Testing & OptimizationConduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and copy to improve campaign performance.6. Collaboration with Creative & Product TeamsWork closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives.7. Channel ExpertiseHands-on execution and optimization experience in platforms like:• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)• Affiliate / Influencer platformsSkills Required:• Strong analytical skills (data-driven decision making)• Digital advertising platform expertise• Understanding of customer behavior in retail• Creative testing and messaging strategy• Budgeting and forecastingExperience Required:2–3 YearsSalary Range:₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthLocation:Surat (On-Site)Apply:
