Full Job DescriptionTeam Kaya Chitra (Photography & Productions) is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and photography, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and implementing strategies that drive growth and engagement.ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage all social media accounts like Instagram and YouTube.Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.Create and curate high-quality content, including images, videos, and captions, aligned with the brand's voice and goals.Plan and schedule social media posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance audience engagement.Collaborate with the photography and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in social media management.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.Moderate experience in mobile photography, mobile video editing, graphic designing in Canva, or working with creative industries is a plus.Job DetailsSalary: Attractive Salary Plus Incentives (Based on experience and portfolio)Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMLocation: Kaya Chitra Photo Studio, Vesu, SuratInstagram: to Apply If you are passionate about social media and photography, we’d love to hear from you!
