Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Perform Marketing professional, based in Surat. The role involves conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also collaborate with sales teams to promote the company's products and increase brand awareness. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to maintain strong relationships and provide excellent support.Experience in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior effectively.Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive campaigns that meet business objectives.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is an advantage.
