Role Description .This is afull-time hybrid role (Vesu / Work From Home, Surat)for aDigital Marketing Manager – Performance & Growth. You’ll work directly with the founders to plan, execute, and optimizepaid digital marketing campaignsacross Meta and Google. Your focus will be onscaling sales, improving ROAS, and driving measurable growth— not day-to-day social posting. You’ll analyze performance data, test creatives, refine targeting, and collaborate with our content team to create high-impact campaigns that reflect Aachari’s bold, confident tone. You’ll meet with the founders 2–3 times a week in Vesu (home or café) for reviews and strategy check-ins.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimizeMeta (Facebook/Instagram)andGoogle Adscampaigns. Build full-funnel strategies — awareness, retargeting, and retention. Track and report on KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and sales. Collaborate with creative and content teams to design performance-driven ad visuals and copy. Execute digital strategies forproduct launches and collection drops. Manageemail / WhatsApp automationsand remarketing flows Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and optimization tactics.Qualifications 2–5 years of experience inperformance marketing or digital ads(D2C/fashion experience preferred). Proficiency inMeta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics. Strong understanding ofconversion tracking, pixel setup, and performance metrics. Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, reports, and optimization. Excellent communication and accountability — able to work independently.
