Ltd.Location: Surat, Gujarat (Relocation Required)Experience: 2–3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a React Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance frontend applications. The role requires a deep understanding of React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering practices, along with the ability to work closely with backend systems and international clients.Technical Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain modular, reusable, and performant React components using React.js and TypeScript.* Implement responsive UI using modern CSS frameworks and component libraries.* Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.* Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and handle async data flows effectively.* Optimize rendering performance using techniques such as memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting.* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following frontend best practices.* Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical discussions.* Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.* Assist in technical discussions with international clients, including requirement analysis and solution explanation.* Support deployment and build processes using modern frontend toolchains.Required Technical Skills* 2–3 years of professional experience with React.js.* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.* Solid understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming concepts.* Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.* Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs and handling authentication and authorization.* Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and package managers (npm/yarn).* Experience with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.* Knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and browser developer tools.Nice to Have* Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks.* Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or unit testing practices.* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.* Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.Eligibility & Preferences* Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech (CS) / B.Sc.
