Job Title: IT Support Executive & Admin Location: Work from Office Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive & Admin who will not only manage IT infrastructure and support employees but also act as a bridge between our developer team and clients. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable solving technical issues and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution. Key Responsibilities: 1.) Technical: • Provide technical assistance to employees across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments. • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Maintain IT inventory and order new equipment as required. • Manage and secure network infrastructure, firewalls, and servers (Windows & Linux). • Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and Windows Server environments. • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments. • Provide user training and guidance on the use of technology. • Stay updated with new technologies and IT best practices. 2.) Non- Technical: • Coordinate with the development team and clients for new queries and software changes. • Explain technical requirements and updates clearly to clients and developers. • Act as a communication bridge between client teams and the developer team. • Coordinate with clients and developers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS administration. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. • Understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP). • Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server management. • Linux Server administration skills. • Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication skills for client and developer coordination. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
