The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for banca channel employees to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for bank staff and relationship managers on insurance products Develop and implement training modules for new hires and existing employees Drive sales productivity through effective training initiatives Identify training needs through performance analysis Coordinate with sales teams to align training with business goals Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelinesKey Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate 2–5 years of experience in training (Insurance/BFSI preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Good understanding of banca channel and insurance products Ability to motivate and influence teamsInfo :: avanik@/8200421048
