We provide a cloud-based practice management software solution for healthcare providers that is transforming the industry by streamlining administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and electronic health records (EHR) management.Role DescriptionAs we continue our rapid growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager-Recruitment to lead and scale our talent acquisition function across geographies. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the overall recruitment strategy, building a high-performing recruitment team, driving workforce planning, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent. The Head of Recruitment will partner closely with leadership and department heads to enable business growth through strong talent pipelines and efficient hiring processes.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership · Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth objectives.· Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.· Establish recruitment KPIs and drive data-backed decision-making (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).· Design scalable hiring processes to support rapid growth.Team Leadership & Management · Build, mentor, and lead the internal recruitment team.· Set performance goals and drive accountability within the recruitment function.· Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships when required. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding · Oversee sourcing strategies across technical and non-technical roles.· Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position Aloha ABA as an employer of choice.· Drive innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Boolean searches, social recruiting, and networking.· Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.Operational Excellence · Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.· Standardize interview processes and assessment frameworks.· Implement and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).· Maintain a strong talent pipeline and succession planning framework.Stakeholder Management · Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand evolving talent requirements.· Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.· Drive hiring governance and approval frameworks. Desired Experience & Skills · 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.· Proven experience hiring for technology/product-based organizations.· Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate IT skill sets.· Experience building and scaling recruitment teams.· Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.· Strong expertise in LinkedIn Talent Solutions and advanced sourcing techniques.· Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.· Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring strategies.· Experience managing hiring across geographies (US & India preferred). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
