The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit Physical Therapists (PT), PT Assistants (PTA), and allied health professionalsConduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluationsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placementMaintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clientsVerify licenses, certifications, and credentials for healthcare candidatesCoordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilitiesMaintain candidate pipelines and talent poolsEnsure compliance with healthcare hiring regulationsNegotiate offers and manage onboarding processesTrack recruitment metrics and maintain ATS recordsRequired QualificationsExperience recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionalsStrong understanding of healthcare staffing requirements and licensingExperience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boardsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience in travel healthcare staffingKnowledge of state licensing requirements for Physical TherapistsExperience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers
