The Senior Rebar Detailer/Checker will be responsible forcreating detailed shop drawings , interpreting architectural and structural drawings, performing accurate rebar detailing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Additionally, the role includesreviewing and checking other team members' workto ensure accuracy and quality, coordinating with project teams, and delivering clear and precise drawings within project deadlines. Strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently under schedule constraints are essential for success in this role.Qualifications Strong experience inrebar detailing and checking , including preparation and review ofshop drawings, placing drawings, and bar bending schedules (BBS) . Ability tocheck and review rebar drawings prepared by other detailersto ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications. Hands-on experience inrebar detailingwith strong knowledge of applicableindustry standards and detailing practices . Ability to read and interpretarchitectural and structural drawingsaccurately. Good understanding ofsteel and reinforced concrete structures , with the ability to ensure detailing complies withdesign requirements and safety standards . Proficiency inrebar detailing and drafting softwaresuch as AutoCAD, RebarCAD, ASA, or similar tools. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillswith high attention to detail, and the ability tocommunicate and coordinateeffectively with team members, engineers, and project stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineeringor a related field preferred.
