Location: Surat, Gujarat Shift: Fixed Evening/Night Shift (Approx. 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST) Type: Full-timeAbout Stellaredge BrokersStellaredge Brokers is a technology-first stockbroking firm focused on building a reliable and efficient trading environment.As part of our expansion into commodity markets, we are strengthening our trading support infrastructure, particularly during extended market hours.This role is critical to ensuring stable and uninterrupted trading operations during live market sessions.Role OverviewThe Commodity Trading Systems Support Engineer (MCX) will be responsible for ensuring real-time stability and support of trading systems during commodity market hours.This role requires high responsiveness, technical reliability, and the ability to handle live-market incidents under pressure.You will act as the first line of defense for trading-related technical issues.Key Responsibilities1. Live Market Support (Primary Responsibility)Provide real-time support during MCX trading hoursEnsure trading terminals and systems are functioning smoothlyAct immediately on any trading disruption or system issueMinimize downtime during live market conditions2. Incident Handling & ResolutionDiagnose and resolve P1 / critical issues quicklyHandle trading interruptions, terminal issues, or connectivity problemsEscalate issues to internal teams when requiredMaintain calm and structured response during outages3. Trading Terminal & System SupportSupport broker trading platforms and terminalsTroubleshoot login issues, order flow issues, and system errorsAssist traders/internal teams with technical issues4. Infrastructure & Network SupportTroubleshoot basic networking issues (IP, DNS, LAN/WAN)Monitor connectivity stabilityResolve remote access issues5. Remote SupportProvide support using tools such as:RDPAnyDeskOther remote desktop tools6. Communication & EscalationCommunicate clearly with traders and internal teamsProvide timely updates during incidentsFollow escalation protocols strictly7. Documentation & ReportingLog incidents accurately in the systemMaintain proper issue tracking and resolution notesContribute to internal knowledge baseKey Requirements1. Shift Readiness & Reliability (Critical)Comfortable working fixed evening/night shifts (4 PM – 12 AM IST)Stable career history preferred (low job switching)Ability to sustain performance during live market hoursStrong sense of responsibility and ownership2. Core Technical SkillsBasic networking:IP addressingDNSLAN/WAN troubleshootingOS troubleshooting:Windows (mandatory)Linux (basic understanding preferred)Experience with remote support tools3.
