It has a successful track record in project execution across key markets such as India, Middle East, Europe, South-East Asia, America and also some challenging geographies of Africa and Papua New Guinea.To augment our Engineering & Designing team in view of our proposed expansion and Globalization plans, we are looking for qualified and experienced professionalsRoles & Responsibilities :Hands on design & detailed engineering including preparation/review of HSE documents and drawingsHealth Safety and Environment (HSE) engineer capable of performing duties with little or no supervision in Metal and other industrial sectorsPerform design calculations and detail engineering of fire fighting system, including fire hydrant, fire sprinkler and fire extinguisherMust have sound knowledge on HSE standards and codes like, Factory Act, National Building Code, IS - Indian Standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) , OSHA. Also familiar with specifications and standards on national/international clients like shell, KOC, EIL etc.Preparation of technical specifications, Mechanical data sheets, General arrangement drawing, detail drawings review/update, Material requisition, TBE, Vendor documents review and approval, technical discussion with, Vendor/client, taking approval of documents for fire fighting equipment and its accessories from client/third party agency. Risk Assessment study for Safety and HealthPreparation of Risk Assessment Report for health and safety in industrial plantParticipation in 3D model review.Must have knowledge & hand on work experience in software’s like Auto-cad, MS Excel, Power PointAssist in pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.Perform interdisciplinary checks and guiding draftsmen, checking the detail engineering drawings, data sheets etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.Education : B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical EngineeringAdditional Requirement :Exposure to HSE design and conversant with international codes. Diploma / Certificate course for HSE from National / International institute will be an added advantageSoftware Skills Required:Auto CADExperience: 5-10 years major experience in the related field.
