QA Engineer Zuora

Job Title: QA Engineer Zuora Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and a solid understanding of e-commerce and subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms (preferably Zuora) and a working knowledge of finance operations like billing schedules, revenue recognition, invoicing, and month-end close processes. Key Responsibilities:● Review and analyze user stories/requirements to design detailed and comprehensive test cases with clear expected results and input data. ● Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for e-commerce and subscription-based applications. ● Log, track, and triage defects effectively, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Development) to clarify requirements and resolve issues. ● Test and validate workflows on subscription billing platforms (preferably Zuora). ● Ensure testing aligns with finance-related processes like invoicing, billing, revenue schedules, and month-end activities. ● Provide clear and concise test reports and communicate status to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 4 - 6 years of experience in manual testing with strong test case writing and defect management skills. ● Hands-on experience working on e-commerce platforms (B2B & B2C models). ● Good understanding of subscription-based business models and related workflows. ● Familiarity with finance concepts: billing schedules, revenue schedules, invoicing, payment terms, and month-end close. ● Experience with Zuora or similar subscription billing platforms is highly preferred. ● Strong analytical and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
