Job Title: Client CoordinatorLocation: Surat (In office)Experience: 1–3 years (Agency experience preferred)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per monthJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to manage client relationships and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing communication, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of services as per client expectations.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.• Understand client briefs, and expectations and deliver as per expectations.• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, social media, Performance Marketer, Content, Designers) to ensure smooth execution• Prepare and share project timelines, updates, with clients• Schedule and attend client meetings and follow-ups• Ensure timely completion of campaigns.• Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals.• Maintain proper documentation, briefs, and communication records.Required Skills & Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Strong coordination, time management, and organizational abilities•Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Paid Ads, Content, Websites)•Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneouslySend your updated resume to hr@ OR contact us on +91 8128133318.
