Job Description: Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) Location:Surat / Hazira Responsibilities: Implement and maintain the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) as per ISPS Code. Manage day‑to‑day security operations such as access control, CCTV, surveillance, and patrolling. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with maritime security regulations. Lead security training, drills, and respond to incidents or emergencies. Coordinate with port authorities, government agencies, and emergency services. Skills: Strong knowledge of ISPS Code and maritime security regulations. Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in CCTV and access control systems. Calm and effective under pressure. Eligibility Management Level Certificate of Competency (Foreign Going) OR Ex‑serviceman with rank ofCommander (Indian Navy)orequivalent in Indian Coast Guard .
