Job Description:
ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy & Planning:•Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives.•Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation plans.Stakeholder Engagement:•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.•Develop a stakeholder engagement plan and ensure key stakeholders are informed and involved in the change.Communication & Training:•Design and execute communication plans to articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of change programs.•Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create training materials and deliver sessions.Change Adoption & Measurement:•Monitor adoption rates and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.•Work with change champions to provide end users support during the project and after go-live.Experience – 8-10 years as Change Management lead for IT transformation programs.Skill Set:•Strong understand of change management frameworks. PROSCI certification is highly preferred.•Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.•Ability to work in multi-cultural, dynamic and matrix project environment.•Sensitive to cultural nuances of different geographical regions, communication and learning styles.
