Position Overview:The Strategic Relationship Manager would be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with authors/clients, serving as their primary point of contact. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities to add value and nurture client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Author Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact and bridge between authors and the marketing team, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely mannerBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships through regular communication and proactive engagementConduct periodic check-ins, business reviews, and performance updates with clientsUnderstand the author/client goals, challenges, and business needs to provide tailored recommendationsIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and market opportunities to support revenue growth.Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop account strategies and proposals.Project CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, support) to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to client expectationsTrack timelines, deliverables, and manage client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transition and adoptionProactively address potential risks or service gapsOur Ideal Candidate Should Have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a customer-facing roleStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentKey Competencies:Customer-centric mindsetProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrategic thinking and business acumenTime management and prioritizationTeam collaborationAdaptability and proactive attitudeOther Details:● Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.● Work Type - In-Office, Full-time.● Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)● Compensation - As per the industry standards, also depending on your experience and expertiseStalk us here:Website - - Profile:Zebra Learn is an Ed-tech Platform passionate about helping lifelong learners like you unleashtheir full potential.
