Chief of Staff - Consumer-Tech/ SaaS

Role OverviewThe Chief of Staff will act as a strategic and execution partner to the Founders, helping drive priority initiatives, improve operating cadence, and ensure alignment across the organization. This role combines strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing Consumer Tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Enablement & Strategic ExecutionWork closely with the Founders to define, prioritize, and drive key strategic initiatives across the organizationTranslate high-level goals into structured plans, clear milestones, and measurable outcomesAct as an extension of the Founders in internal discussions, follow-ups, and cross-functional alignmentBusiness Planning & ReviewsOwn preparation and execution of key business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Track company-wide OKRs/KPIs and flag risks, dependencies, and execution gaps proactivelySupport annual planning, board decks, investor updates, and strategic offsitesCross-functional Leadership & Program ManagementLead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning Product, Growth, Ops, Tech, and Customer ExperienceDrive accountability across senior stakeholders to ensure timely execution without direct authorityIdentify process gaps and introduce lightweight systems to improve speed and clarityDecision Support & Problem SolvingConduct deep dives on business problems, new initiatives, or market opportunitiesBuild structured analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support founder-level decisionsAct as a sounding board on org design, leadership bandwidth, and scaling challengesCommunication & AlignmentEnsure consistent communication of priorities and decisions across leadership and teamsSupport internal narratives during change, growth phases, or strategic pivotsRepresent the Founders in select internal and external forums as neededIdeal Candidate Profile3–8 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or high-impact startup rolesPrior experience in Consumer Tech, Internet, E-commerce, or Marketplace businesses strongly preferredStrong structured thinking, execution rigor, and stakeholder managementExcellent communication skills and high ownership mindset
